Billing Terms

Unlimited and free access is available to a Mumba Cloud (or any edition of Mumba Cloud such as Mumba 4Marketing) User generated Private Community for a period of 30 days. After this period expires a User representing the organization to which the Private Community belongs must apply for a "Premium" or "Enterprise" subscription package to continue access and availability of the Private Community for its registered members.

The fees and functionality regarding our Premium subscription package are reflected on the website here and may be adjusted from time to time. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST, VAT or other taxes for Australian, European and other purposes, which may or may not be added to the price, depending on applicable law and the legal residence of the Customer. Customers will always be notified within a reasonable timeframe of any price adjustments and can decide to continue or terminate their subscription prior to the new prices taking effect.

Payment is due on a monthly basis and is processed on the first day of each month. Payment shall always be made in advance for the month unless specifically agreed otherwise. Payment is automatically processed via the Credit Card submitted by the Primary Administrator representing the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

The total monthly fee for the new billing month is calculated based on the total number of registered users within the previous month multiplied by the rate per group of users plus the base monthly fee. Monthly fees may therefore fluctuate depending on the number of registered users in the previous month.

Additional fees may apply if Mumba Cloud apps or customizations have been requested to be installed or configured. Mumba Cloud apps or customizations may be quoted individually on a case-by-case basis and an ongoing or once-off configuration fee may apply.

All registered users are included in the monthly calculations regardless of what day they registered within the current month.

In the case that we fail to process payment, Mumba shall be entitled to suspend the Customer (and all user access) if payment remains outstanding in excess of 7 day business days, following an email notification of failed payment and a subsequent email reminder notice.

Mumba is entitled to claim from the Customer any legal fees, court costs or other costs incurred in colleting outstanding payments. Furthermore Mumba will charge an additional interest fee at 2% per month on any outstanding amount due to Mumba up until the date the account has been settled.

Mumba may dispose of Customer and User data if an account is left unpaid for a period exceeding 60 business days unless agreed to in writing between the parties.

Any billing discrepancies or issues must be submitted to Mumba within 60 business days from the date of the suspected discrepancy first appearing on the account statement. The Customer agrees to waive all rights to dispute any discrepancy if we are not notified within this 60 day period.

Cancellations are possible by submitting a cancellation request directly from the billing page or by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. The cancellation request must be submitted within a minimum of 7 business days prior to the last day of the current month (i.e. before the next billing cycle). Receipt of a cancellation request will be confirmed via email and another email will be sent once the cancellation has been processed. Payments already processed are non-refundable regardless of what date during the month the cancellation was requested.
