Next Generation Mumba Cloud Collaboration Toolbox

Next Generation Mumba Cloud Collaboration Toolbox

Each year we strive to release a new generation platform that tackles the most important issues facing enterprise collaboration. As the year draws to a close, I am excited to announce the upcoming release of our 4th Generation Mumba Cloud Toolbox (Mumba Cloud G4).

In the cloud software industry, scalability is a concept whereby the benefit, performance and management of the software is maintained regardless of the number of users.

We at Mumba Cloud have identified that viable enterprise collaboration faces the same issues of scalability WITHIN an organization. The ease and benefit of collaboration becomes more difficult to manage as the size of the enterprise community increases.

Think about it. A company with thousands of employees needs a simple and effective way to manage how information is not only distributed, but also accessed by the right people when and where they need it. There could be hundreds, or even thousands of unique groups of employees that create and access different pieces of information. How do we build a collaborative solution that is easy to setup for these groups, provides robust access control and does not ‘bog’ down users with streams of information overload?

Mumba Cloud has offered innovative solutions to these questions, we’re the only solution on the market that offers a powerful rules engine to automate these requirements. For example, a client recently ran training events at 800 unique locations. Our rules engine automatically created the events, invited specific groups of employees to register and provided a single export of the registrations across all events.

The upcoming release of our Mumba Cloud G4 Toolbox tackles these issues in a completely new and exciting way. We’ve designed our architecture for this next release to enable the scalability of collaboration from small teams to thousands of employees. Some of our Enterprise clients have already been using the new software and employee feedback has been very positive. We’ll release further information in the coming weeks as we prepare for rollout to all new and current customers.

Finally we’d like to thank all our customers and partners for working with us to make Mumba Cloud the most useful business collaboration toolbox available.

Please contact us for further information and to book a demonstration of Mumba Cloud G4.
